We are looking for a customer support specialist to join our team in Helsinki. As a customer support specialist, your main tasks will consist of answering the needs of our customer, help us grow the Zadaa community through messaging directly with out customers and moderating the Zadaa app.

Our team is looking for someone who is excited about the opportunity to have a strong influence in the direction Zadaa is taking as a company. You should also have great spoken and written skills in Finnish and English (Swedish, Danish and German are a plus), and a genuine interest in using your skills to help Zadaa reach the next level and develop the customer service further. • You have experience in customer service, preferably in the mobile / digital environment

• Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English (Swedish, Danish and German are a plus)

• You are comfortable in working with different customer service apps

• You are ready to help the customer and make them happy
