How much time do I have to ship my sold items?
Sellers have seven days to ship their sold items. We strongly suggest that you ship your sold items within few days in order for you the receive better ratings from your buyers and keep them satisfied. If the shipping is not done within seven days the order will be cancelled and you will not get paid. In some special cases, our support team may be able to extend the delivery time of your order if the buyer agrees, and you contact us through the app to explain why you need an extension.
