What if my payment is declined?

If you make a purchase that fails it means that the payment is being declined by our payment processor or your bank. Zadaa will inform you about the possible reason behind the decline in the app. Typical reasons are insufficient funds on your bank account, a setting on your chosen payment method that does not allow you to make online purchases, invalid payment information such as an incorrect card number or expiration date. Another propable reason that payments can fail is a weak or slow Internet connection whic prevents the charge from successfully processing.
