How much time do I have to pick up or receive my order?

Buyers have seven days to receive or pick up their bought items once their order arrives at a service point. If the delivery has not been collected within seven days from the moment it arrives at the destination, the order will automatically complete and the payment is transferred to the seller. After the order completes it cannot be refunded or returned. Our logistic partners generally hold items between seven and fourteen days. Once an uncollected order complets in the app, there is still the possibly that it can be collected from your service point until the logistics provider returns it to the sender.
