How to become a Zadaa super seller

It finally happened! No, I’m not talking about the Sex and the City reunion, but that’s great too.
No! You just went through a very big milestone in your Zadaa journey. These are the first steps towards becoming a superseller. Now you’re probably wondering what is that? How does it happen? What can I do to get that cool title too?
Well, we enlisted the help of some of our supersellers to answer a few of those burnings questions. When 25 year old Sam isn’t working in the Communication & Interior Design department of IKEA, she’s racking up sales in Zadaa like it’s no thing.

“I have been using Zadaa for almost two and a half years now, but for the first few months I used it mainly to buy clothes for myself. I think I have been selling in Zadaa for a little over two years and my first sale was a really nice dress I had worn for New Year’s the year before, with large round ‘oil slick’ sequins that move when dancing. Even though it was really nice, I also knew that I would not use it again, so I felt that someone else deserved to dance around in it too!” says Sam, who sold almost a 100 items in her two years as a user.

One sale is good and all, but does it really take to become a superseller? Are there cheat codes that you could put in and jump several levels in the matter of minutes? No.

“To become a superseller at Zadaa, I think you have to spend a bit of time. Put effort into taking good pictures, being transparent and honest by remembering to show if items have flaws or other noteworthy things. In addition, I myself like to spend some time adding a short but descriptive product description to each thing and I try to answer people quickly and as accurately as possible if they have questions about the items. These are things I value myself when I want to buy from others.” says Sam.

According to one of our best rated supersellers Magdalena there are a few things that you can do to keep the customers coming back to your boutique in the future. “Be service-minded and always polite. Send your sold things as quickly as possible, using Zadaa’s own standard delivery and always try to add sweet messages or small treats in the packages. Upload the best pictures on your ads, focus a lot on the light being absolutely perfect so that all the details on the item can be clearly seen. Set realistic pricing, and possesses a willingness to negotiate the price.” says Magdalena.

For 23 year-old Jenny it’s all about paying attention to certain trends in the app “In my experience, the most sought-after brands include all the most popular sports brands like Gymshark, ICANIWILL and Nike. Brands that retain their resale value or are trendy right now are also generally good. Those include e.g. Peak Performance, Marimekko, Andiata and Acne Studios. ”. According to her the more popular the brand is the bigger your chances for selling are. And you should listen to Jenny. She’s sold over 100 items in her time as a Zadaa user.
