Responsible for executing Zadaa’s growth marketing to scale the business to 10 new markets in the next 2 years.
Improve & lead growth projects, including new and existing marketing channels, partnerships and establish sustainable new market entries.
Manage the marketing budget and conduct forecasts analysing our large data bank through the app and online advertising channels.
Ensure maximum operational accuracy and efficiency for all business-critical channels within international markets.
Work closely together with each country management team to adapt marketing strategies and create international synergies for each market.
Understand how customers shop and how customers shopping behavior is changing. Keep up to date with fashion, the modern app industry, online marketplaces and sustainability trends as well as media.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You have 8+ years experience in digital marketing in a rapidly growing eCommerce or mCommerce business or startup.
You have experience in developing and executing growth marketing strategies for international markets from scratch.
You have experience with mobile app marketing and various marketing channels (social media marketing, adwords, affiliate).
You have been running digital performance marketing campaigns with a demonstrated ability to grow and optimize at scale.
You are a team player with an entrepreneurial attitude, hands-on mentality, high motivation and a willingness to learn.
You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate.
You are fluent in spoken and written English. Other languages are a plus.
