You are dedicated to top notch Customer support and expected to provide excellent customer service to our existing and new users in Germany, Finland and Denmark (more countries to come) in a timely and accurate manner.

Execute daily and weekly CS tasks ranging from the support inbox, to logistics tracking, internal documentation, public review platforms, and more.

Communicate customer feedback to our technical and marketing team in order to further develop our service and support processes.

Continuously help develop and optimize our customer support processes to keep our customers happy and give them the best possible support.

Offer new and innovative ways to learn from our customers and turn your ideas into actionable solutions.


You have strong communication skills and a passion for working with people to help solve their problems and answer their questions.

You have a good understanding of basic computer skills and the ability to learn how to use proprietary software quickly.

You ideally have experience with online customer support in a fast-paced work environment or a startup, experience with Zendesk, spreadsheets, slack and other online tools utilized in customer support.

You are a team player with a reliable, independent and self motivated way of working.

You have excellent communication and writing skills in English, other languages (especially Finnish and German) are a big plus.

You have experience working in an international team and you are able to effectively communicate with your international colleagues remotely.

You live in Helsinki or Berlin or are willing to relocate.
