Zadaa’s return policy is based around a 72 hour reveiw period. When you receive your purchased item you have 72 hours to give it a review which completes the transaction, or report it to our support team if you wish to make a return. This additional safety policy is inplace because we want to make sure that everyone of our customers can verify and receive their ordered items in the promised condition and as described.
