What if the buyer never receives the item, or the package is lost?

Zadaa provides a Money Back Guarantee up to 10 000 € to ensure that you get paid if something goes wrong. This means that you will be paid in full for your sold items if the buyer never collects the shipped package, or if the package gets lost in transit. If you choose to use a delivery method other than our recommended Standard Shipping option the Money Back Guarantee does not apply.
