What if I don’t receive my item?

When you buy your items using our recommended Standard Shipping option you are always covered by our Money Back Guarantee up to 10 000 €. This means that if the seller has not delivered your order or the package gets lost in transit you will be fully refunded for your purchase. Please not that if you have selected a shipping method other than our Standard Shipping the Money Back Guarantee does not apply.
